With what appears to be a blizzard outside my office I await Spring and send you my March greetings!

While I’m enjoying these last days of winter I am definitely ready to embrace the warmer weather and sunshine of spring.  There is change in the air.  Do you feel it?  We have so many tools available to us when we seek to make adjustments in the patterns of our lives. I just finished reading the entire March edition of Natural Awakenings.  This issue is dedicated to Inspired Change.  You can pick up your copy at The Wellness Center or around town at many locations.

I will be on retreat this weekend in beautiful Bristol with my sisters.  In a great house by the water I will continue to gather ideas for Finding Refuge, my retreat workshop being held on April 10^th.  There is a news brief on this in Natural Awakenings and more information under the Classes/Events tab.  Our calendar has been updated to share all the exciting events upcoming at The Wellness Center.  Check it out!  We’ve got lots of great people coming in to share all sorts of helpful information.
